Winchester Ammunition is taking varmint hunting to a new level, using fragmenting copper core technology, to incorporate a lead-free bullet in both .223 Rem and 22-250 Rem in the Ballistic Silvertip line. The lead-free load features a plastic tip to reduce tip damage and promote long-range performance, and a gilding metal jacket. The fragmenting copper core is engineered to explode on impact. EQUIPMENT DIE SETS

Three die sets will be added for the new . 30 Remington AR, .338 Marlin Express, and .416 Ruger. Redding will also continue to support new factory calibers as they are introduced. The engineering group at Redding produces custom die sets as well. They require only a chamber reamer drawing or five fired cases from the firearm to quote the production of dies. Virtually any caliber and firearm can be made with a 7⁄ 8 x 14 TPI die body.
